Delete Geo Account and Data

The fastest method is available directly in the Geo app:

1. Open Geo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and data and confirm.

This permanently deletes the Geo authentication account and associated cloud data. If Geo asks for a recent sign-in, sign out, sign in again, and repeat the deletion.

If in-app deletion is unavailable, use this fallback:

What to include

• The Google email address used to sign in to Geo.
• A clear request to delete your Geo account and associated cloud data.

What may be deleted

• The Geo authentication account and account profile.
• Geo account-linked scenario data stored in Firebase.
• Shared-device links and shared-device location data associated with the account.
• Connected integration settings, bot recipients, and private server-side integration tokens stored by Geo, where applicable.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing records handled by Google Play, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Premium subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play if you no longer want the subscription to renew.
